Starting at $450 • Includes Up to 25 Guests Bring a refreshing twist to your celebration with lemonade freshly squeezed on-site, flavorful combinations, and a beautifully styled cart. Guests choose from your customized event menu and watch their lemonade come to life! Customize Your Event Menu Your package includes The OG Squeeze plus your choice of three flavors from our Classic and Signature Squeezes. Flavor selections are confirmed during your consultation. Your experience includes: • One 32 oz. freshly squeezed lemonade per confirmed guest • The OG Squeeze plus three selected Classic or Signature flavors • Candy rings included with selected candy-based Signature drinks • Two hours of professional beverage service • Styled beverage cart • Custom menu signage • Coordinated display décor • Custom cup branding • Cups, lids, straws, and ice • Professional attendant service • Setup and breakdown Additional Guests Additional guests may be added for $12 per guest. Each additional guest receives one 32 oz. lemonade from your selected event menu. The starting package price applies to events with 25 or fewer guests. Make It Luxe — +$150 Upgrade to our Luxe Cart featuring our premium cart design with overhead detailing and lighting, enhanced presentation, and a fully customized front cart sign designed to complement your event. Make It a Luxe Celebration — +$300 Includes the Luxe Cart upgrade plus a coordinating freestanding balloon installation up to 8 feet, designed around your event’s color palette and theme. Service includes one drink per confirmed guest. Additional servings must be arranged before the event. Flavor and candy selections are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Payment & Event Policy All booking requests are subject to availability and final approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee your event date. A valid card is required at the time of booking to hold your request. Your card will not be charged until after your consultation and finalized event details are confirmed. Once approved, a non refundable 50% retainer is required to officially secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Services will not be provided without full payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event to transfer your retainer to a future date, based on availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in forfeiture of the retainer. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to full service charges due to staffing, product preparation, and custom materials. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events) Clients are responsible for providing adequate coverage and safe conditions for outdoor events, including protection from rain, wind, extreme heat, or unsafe environments. If conditions are deemed unsafe for staff, equipment, or food service, The Party Scoops & Co. reserves the right to pause or discontinue service without refund. Rescheduling due to severe weather may be accommodated based on availability. Travel & Overtime Service includes travel within a designated local radius. Events outside this area may incur a travel fee based on distance. Extended travel, early arrival requirements, tolls, parking, or venue access fees may result in additional charges. Overtime is billed hourly and must be approved and paid prior to service extension. Liability Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable service area. The Party Scoops & Co. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from unsafe conditions or guest activity.
