The Party Scoops & Co.

By booking services with The Party Scoops & Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full three (3) days prior to the scheduled service.

Bookings made within seven (7) days of the event require full payment at the time of reservation.

Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the retainer.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the event to transfer the retainer to a future date, subject to availability.

Cancellations within seven (7) days of the event will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Events cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours may be subject to full service charges.

Guest Count & Service Scope

Service is provided based on the confirmed guest count selected at booking. Additional guests or service upgrades must be requested at least seven (7) days in advance and may require additional charges.

The Party Scoops & Co. will not be responsible for service beyond the paid guest count.

Service Duration & Overtime

Each package includes the contracted service duration. Additional time requested during the event is subject to availability and billed at the applicable overtime rate.

Overtime must be paid prior to extending service.

Venue Access & Power Requirements

Clients must provide ground-level access or elevator access for all equipment. Stairs are not permitted for transporting carts.

Dedicated electrical outlets are required for each booked service. Generator service may be required for certain events and may incur an additional fee.

Weather Policy

Outdoor events must provide adequate coverage and protection from unsafe weather conditions.

The Party Scoops & Co. reserves the right to pause or discontinue service if weather conditions pose a safety risk. No refunds will be issued for weather-related interruptions.

Rescheduling due to severe weather may be accommodated based on availability.

Travel Fees

Travel is included within a designated local service radius. Events outside this area may incur additional travel fees based on distance and venue requirements.

Damage & Liability

Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe service environment.

The Party Scoops & Co. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by guest interactions with equipment or service areas.

Clients assume financial responsibility for any damage to carts, décor, or equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or unforeseen circumstances during the event.

Media Use

With client consent, The Party Scoops & Co. may capture and use photos or videos from events for marketing and promotional purposes.

​

Right to Refuse Service

The Party Scoops & Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Agreement

By booking services, submitting payment, or signing any booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
