Starting at $450 • Serves 30 Guests Our signature Party Scoops Experience brings a beautifully styled, interactive sundae bar directly to your celebration. Guests create their perfect scoop with curated ice cream flavors, toppings, and drizzles while our professional attendants handle the setup, styling, and service. Your Experience Includes: Two hours of professional service Styled luxury dessert cart Up to 2 Classic Ice Cream Flavors Up to 6 topping selections from our Classic Collection 2–3 Classic Drizzle Selections Whipped cream & sprinkles Custom menu signage Coordinated display décor Personalized cup stickers Personalized utensil toppers Professional attendants Premium Indulgence Upgrade — +$35 Elevate your experience by upgrading up to 3 of your 6 included selections to Premium Selections from The Indulgence Collection. Choose a combination of Classic and Premium selections, with a maximum of 3 Premium selections included with the upgrade. Six total selections included. Additional Guests Additional guests may be added in increments of 5 for $50 per increment. Make It Luxe — +$150 Elevate your experience with our Luxe Cart, featuring an upgraded cart design with an overhead display and lighting, enhanced styling and presentation details, and a fully customized front cart sign designed to complement your celebration. Your custom design can feature your event theme, name, photo, logo, or personalized artwork. Make It a Luxe Celebration — +$300 Includes everything in the Luxe Cart Experience, plus a coordinating freestanding balloon installation up to 8 feet, thoughtfully designed to complement your event's color palette and theme. Experiences begin at 30 guests. Final guest count, selections, customizations, and upgrades must be confirmed prior to your event.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Payment & Event Policy All booking requests are subject to availability and final approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee your event date. A valid card is required at the time of booking to hold your request. Your card will not be charged until after your consultation and finalized event details are confirmed. Once approved, a non refundable 50% retainer is required to officially secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Services will not be provided without full payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event to transfer your retainer to a future date, based on availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in forfeiture of the retainer. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to full service charges due to staffing, product preparation, and custom materials. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events) Clients are responsible for providing adequate coverage and safe conditions for outdoor events, including protection from rain, wind, extreme heat, or unsafe environments. If conditions are deemed unsafe for staff, equipment, or food service, The Party Scoops & Co. reserves the right to pause or discontinue service without refund. Rescheduling due to severe weather may be accommodated based on availability. Travel & Overtime Service includes travel within a designated local radius. Events outside this area may incur a travel fee based on distance. Extended travel, early arrival requirements, tolls, parking, or venue access fees may result in additional charges. Overtime is billed hourly and must be approved and paid prior to service extension. Liability Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable service area. The Party Scoops & Co. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from unsafe conditions or guest activity.
