Service Description

$25 per guest • Our experiences begin at 30 guests. Guest counts are confirmed in structured increments, with pricing adjusted accordingly. Our most visually impactful interpretation of the Dessert Taco Experience. Building upon the Signature tier, Luxe introduces expanded selections and elevated styling designed to integrate seamlessly into your event aesthetic. In addition to all Signature inclusions, Luxe features: • A freestanding balloon column styled to complement your décor • Custom front cart wrap tailored to your event theme or branding • Expanded flavor selections, offering up to four curated options • Premium drizzle selections • Enhanced presentation styling • Elevated decorative accents for maximum visual impact Bold, refined, and intentionally designed to serve as a focal feature within your celebration.


Cancellation Policy

Booking, Payment & Event Policy All booking requests are subject to availability and final approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee your event date. A valid card is required at the time of booking to hold your request. Your card will not be charged until after your consultation and finalized event details are confirmed. Once approved, a non refundable 50% retainer is required to officially secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Services will not be provided without full payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event to transfer your retainer to a future date, based on availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in forfeiture of the retainer. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to full service charges due to staffing, product preparation, and custom materials. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events) Clients are responsible for providing adequate coverage and safe conditions for outdoor events, including protection from rain, wind, extreme heat, or unsafe environments. If conditions are deemed unsafe for staff, equipment, or food service, The Party Scoops & Co. reserves the right to pause or discontinue service without refund. Rescheduling due to severe weather may be accommodated based on availability. Travel & Overtime Service includes travel within a designated local radius. Events outside this area may incur a travel fee based on distance. Extended travel, early arrival requirements, tolls, parking, or venue access fees may result in additional charges. Overtime is billed hourly and must be approved and paid prior to service extension. Liability Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable service area. The Party Scoops & Co. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from unsafe conditions or guest activity.
